1. Do you offer custom requests?

I Do!
Please feel free to reach out to me if you have any requests!
Ex: I offer a coffee mug: "If left in microwave, please return to Grandma"
This was customized to say "Gigi" instead of grandma, with bees decorated on the mug. 

2. I have a problem with my order. What should I do?

3. How soon will my items be shipped after I place my order?

My average processing time for fulfilling orders is 0-3 business days.
However, please allow 1-6 business days for your item to ship out.
You will get a notification once your item ships.

4. Do you offer wholesale?

I am not offering wholesale at the moment,
but feel free to contact me with your requests.

5. I would like to exchange my Item for something different.

Please reach out to me as soon as possible after you place your order!
This will vary based on circumstances.
You may be responsible for extra postage, to ship your item back, or any additional fees based on price difference of item to be exchanged.

6. Can I cancel my order?

If you change your mind, please reach out to me as soon as possible!
Due to my quick turn-around processing times,
your item may have already shipped! 

7.How much do you charge for shipping?

Shipping rates vary based on the weight/package size of the item purchased. These are calculated/visible at checkout.

8. How can I contact you?

I try to be very timely with responses!

9. I am interested in ___product, but I do not see a style that I like.

Check back often as I am constantly adding more style options, such as color, fabric options, etc.
~OR~ reach out to me if you have a request!
EX: (pattern) keychain" or "(color/material) scrunchie, (theme) earrings, (design) coffee mug with...., etc.

10. How long will it take for my items to arrive once they ship?

Shipping time varies for items based on shipping method chosen, location, postal service, weather, etc. 
Shipping is generally 5-7 business days (US).
11. Can I visit your shop in person?
I do not have a shop and do most of my sales online. However, check out the events page to see if I will be at any upcoming events!
I attend the Wichita Falls Farmers Market throughout the year, and I also attend various craft shows, periodically.
I try to post any upcoming events on my website under upcoming events, and on my social media pages--Facebook, and Instagram. Check back often!
12. How can I help in supporting your business?
If you have purchased from me in the past, thank you so much! I would not be here without your support! I am so grateful to each and every one of you!!
If you have purchased from me in the past and loved your item, it would really help out my shop if you leave a review on my website!
13. The product I see is sold out, when will it be back in stock?
I try to keep up with product demand and re-stock my items when they are sold out, however, sometimes I fall behind, or get busy with other product Creations. I will do my best to get products back in stock as soon as possible, and apologize for any delays to products that you are missing!
You are welcome to send a message and let me know if you are curious about a stock-update of a sold out product. I will update you on a possible timeline, and  try to get that item back in stock quickly. I can also send you a notification when the item is back in stock, if you are interested in being one of the first to know!
